1. The Terryville Country Fair will assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to any exhibits.

2. All entries must be revived by the appropriate person by the specified date listed on the entry blanks.

3. All exhibits must be on the grounds and ready for judging as specified for each department. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED.

4. Exhibitor tags will be mailed to the exhibitor in advance of the Fair. Tags not received must be picked up at the Secretary's office before 6pm Thursday evening. All exhibit tags must be properly attached to the exhibits.

5. Entry fees are not required in any exhibit class, except where noted.

6. In fairness to all exhibitors the Terryville Country Fair will not pay a premium on items not listed in the department classes.

7. Exhibits must be left on the grounds for all Fair days. Security will be on duty to protect the exhibits. They must be removed on Sunday at 6pm.

8. Any exhibitors interfering with the judges while they execute their duties may be excluded from competition.

9. The judges reserve the right to award no prize, or a second, or a third prize only in classes where the entries do not justify a higher award. When there is no competition in any one class, but one entry, a prize worthy of the entry will be given.

10. Any protest in regarding prizes for exhibits must be made in writing to the Fair Secretary within five days from the last day of the Fair.
